The internet is a great tool for the new author, or any author to gain exposure for themselves as an author or exposure for their book. Many authors 'think' that their book will sell simply by being on the internet. This is a false premise. The internet is an 'additional' tool to enhance the more traditional methods of getting your book out in the public. Very few books achieve any real success by relying solely on the internet. TGS recognizes the importance of the internet tool and offers every author they publish a chance to have an online presence free of charge.

TGS Publishing will create a free static website for their book under the TGS domain upon request. If the author is capable he or she can create and maintain the site themselves. The most successful sites on the internet are called dynamic, interactive websites. These require the author or the author's representative to be online and be interactive with their website audience. TGS will provide the hosting for these sites free, but the setup of the site costs $300.00. Click here to see an example of a TGS dynamic, interactive website for an author. If the author does not know how to communicate and post to the site, then the author must get help locally. TGS cannot spend time 'training' authors in website work. That is not our business and would detract from our business.

TGS and server policies on these TGS hosted websites:

1. No author or person is permitted to mass mail anything from the servers. One infraction can cause all the authors websites to be shut down.

2. No spam! Spam is email sent to any address that has not specifically agreed to receive emails from you.

3. The purpose of these free hosted websites is to promote TGS published books and TGS authors. For this reason, no other book or advertising of any kind is permitted on these websites. An author may install a text link to another site promoting other books they have written or published. You cannot link out to any competitor such as amazon. It is simply unethical to expect TGS to host an author site for free and then use that free space to advertise or link to a competitor.

4. Again there is no other advertising allowed except those for TGS Publishers. TGS will install banner rotators on these sites promoting TGS and HiddenMysteries books.

5. Where TGS designs a site for an author or installs an interactive site, there is no right of approval by the author. What you see is what you get. If the author wants to make changes they are more than welcome, but not at TGS expense or time. TGS has created over 150 websites during the past 8 years. Some of these are in the top hundred thousand sites in the world, out of millions of sites. TGS created one website that was recognized by USA today. In other words, we know our business.

If website changes are requested the author is charged $50.00 an hour, the same that we charge our website clients.

6. The author may not make an electronic edition of their TGS published book available on this free site. The only exception is when TGS makes an electronic edition available.

The internet is an inexpensive method to get your name and book exposed, but remember it is only a tool.
