Manuscripts must be submitted in hardcopy form and in electronic form on a CD. Pictures used must be owned by you the author unless you have obtained permission or license from the owner to use the picture. Pictures must be included on the disk in 300 dpi or better in jpg format or tiff format. Do not use pictures from the internet -- as a general rule most internet pictures are at 96 dpi, which is not good enough for publishing. Include funds and self-addressed stamped envelope (box) to get submissions returned.
The electronic form should be in the Word.doc program. All fonts used must be copied to the disk in a directory labeled fonts. Do not use copyrighted fonts that you did not license to use.
